Okay! This is the second time I've been in this store. I took the power head to our central vac that wasn't working and the lady behind the desk said that she would take it downstairs and see if it was the motor by hooking up the motor alone. At that point I felt a little vulnerable because I figured she could come back upstairs and tell me that the motor was hooped whether it was or not. INTEGRITY!!! She came back in a few short minutes and told us that it was likely the wiring (which was raw in one spot). So instead of costing us an arm and a leg we purchased a new wire to hook it up at home. I don't know about you but when I find service and integrity in the same building - I'm IN - for life!!
