E-mail or call for return authorization (RA) number before returning any item.
We don't accept returns after 10 days from purchase date and must include the original bill of sale; a store credit will be issued for returns.
Items must be in as-shipped condition, not scratched, scuffed, cut, etc.
All returns must include the original packaging and a repackaging fee will apply if packing materials are not returned complete.
Postage and insurance are the responsibility of the sender, except we'll pay the shipping if we made a mistake, such as shipping the wrong item.
Please take care to individually wrap all parts to protect from scratching, because shipping insurance does not cover damage caused by inadequate packing (including parts being damaged by contact with other parts inside the box.)
No returns accepted on installed parts.
Refused Deliveries:
Refused deliveries and order cancellations received after merchandise has been shipped are considered "items returned."
Restocking Fee:
Returned items and refused deliveries are subject to 15-25% restocking fee with $10 minimum restocking fee.
The restocking fee covers the costs of handling, processing as well as a discount for the next customer since we cannot sell the item as new.
If the item was shipped to you for free, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund credit.
Defective Equipment:
The terms of the manufacturer's warranty apply to any defective items.
